Competition rules
1. The ArcelorMittal Orbit Olympic Ticket competition is open to UK residents excluding employees and their immediate families of ArcelorMittal, their agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. All minors (persons under the age of 18) attending the London 2012 Olympic Games must be accompanied by an adult and have permission to attend from a parent or guardian. If a winner is under the age of 18, they must select a minimum of one adult to accompany them to the London 2012 Olympic Games.
3. The closing date for receipt of all entries for the May competition is 31.05.2012. Only one entry per person. No third-party of bulk entries. To enter, fill in the competition entry form.
4. Entry to the competition is via the arcelormittalorbit.com website only, and a valid postal address, contact phone number and email address must be submitted for the competition entry to be valid.
5. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries which are incomplete, illegible or not received. No cash alternative is available and is not transferable.
6. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at random by an independent person after the closing date.
7. Winners will be notified via email within 28 days of the closing date, to make arrangement for the collection of tickets.
8. In the event that the Promoter cannot contact any winner within 28 days after taking all reasonable steps to do so, or the winner cannot accept the prize or fails to accept the prize within 14 days after contact has been established, the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time.
9. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or in the spirit of the competition, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the competition.

18. Ticket Holders have responsibility for all Tickets in their possession. Removing any part of, altering or defacing a Ticket may result in entry to a Venue being refused. The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games (LOCOG) and Authorised Ticket Resellers (ATRs) (in this case the Promoter) shall not be liable to compensate for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged Tickets. It is not possible to issue duplicate and/or replacement Tickets.
19. Tickets shall not be purchased or obtained from or through any person other than directly from LOCOG or an ATR. Tickets purchased or obtained from or through persons other than directly from LOCOG or an ATR and otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall be void and may be seized or cancelled without refund or entry to a session.
20. Tickets are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere.
21. If more than one Ticket is issued to a winner, those Tickets may only be used by the winner and a family member, friend or colleague who is known to the winner personally and who is intended to accompany the winner to a Session.
22. All Ticket Holders are advised that, under s.31 of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006, it is a criminal offence to sell a Ticket in a public place or in the course of business and otherwise than in accordance with the authorisation of LOCOG. 23. Any Ticket obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such Ticket shall be nullified.
24. In order to accept the prize, both the winner and guest must be aged 12 years or over. Where any winner or guest is under 18 years old, the person accompanying them must be their parent or legal guardian.
Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
